Something only possible when you build the engine yourself — we continuously train it on each customer's domain data (lending, insurance, contact centers and more) to push recognition accuracy higher. After training, per-domain accuracy reaches the 93–95% range, and the entire process runs inside the customer's own network (on-premises).

How fast does Timbel's AI respond?
The real-time voice pipeline completes a full round trip in under 1 second (about 600ms) — roughly 200ms for STT, 500ms for the LLM and 100ms for TTS. It's possible because Brain is a unified engine with no network latency between stages.
How accurate is the speech recognition, and how do you handle specific domains?
Our in-house HAIV engine is trained on 98,000 hours of Korean speech. With continuous training on each customer's domain data, per-domain recognition accuracy improves to the 93–95% range — and the entire process runs on-premises.
How do you guarantee on-premises operation and security?
We support fully on-premises deployment where voice, call and document data never leave your network — everything is processed inside your internal network only. We hold ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 international security certifications.

Yes. Even in large meetings with 100+ speakers, we accurately identify who is speaking based on voice and acoustic analysis, backed by our patented technology for simultaneous diarization of 100+ speakers.
How do you use LLMs and RAG?
Our own agents — open-source LLMs tuned in-house for work domains — understand intent and generate responses and deliverables. We inject the Locus knowledge engine (RAG), scenarios and CRM data so answers are grounded in evidence with minimal hallucination, and every LLM runs as an enterprise-dedicated, on-premises tuned model.
